Ace Hot Pot ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, mobile number and message.
- Mailing list. If you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your first name and mobile number, along with your consent to hear from us and the date you gave it.
- Quiz. The malatang personality quiz runs in your browser. We don't store your answers or link them to you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send you news, new dishes and offers, but only if you've signed up. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email us to be removed.
We don't sell your personal information.
Who helps us
Contact form messages are delivered to our email by our form provider, Web3Forms. Mailing list details are stored in our customer database, HighLevel, which we also use to send emails and SMS. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process information on servers outside Australia. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it for as long as we need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing acehotpot@gmail.com. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
